Children's Ministry

The goal of the Children’s Ministry of the Evangelical Free Church of Pullman is to help parents raise children to know and experience the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

We desire our children to know and experience the love and power of God, the blessing of living in obedience to His Word, and the joy of worshipping and serving the Lord.

Our Vision

"Assisting parents in rooting and grounding children in God's love and in His Word"

We seek to accomplish this vision by modeling Christ and presenting the Gospel through relevant, exciting teaching, and by building and encouraging relationships with children and other families.

Currently, the Children’s Ministry revolves around the following events: Sunday School, Children's Church, a Christmas program, vacation bible school, and special events. Other activities and ideas are being developed as we have interest and workers to accomplish goal-oriented programs.

We are working to train, equip and support our teachers and volunteers. We are also working to provide a healthy atmosphere for our children in every aspect, including the classroom environment and equipment.

Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them , for the kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.

Priorities of Our Children’s Ministry
The number one priority is teaching God’s Word.
Not only do we aim to teach the Bible to children, we seek to make God’s Word very applicable and practical to their daily experiences.

Parental Involvement
We seek to come alongside parents in the raising and development of their children. We can provide resources and encouragement. In addition, we invite parents to serve with us as we minister to children in a variety of ways and build godly relationships with our children.
